• for athletes under the age of 18
• 40 hours of Coached classes available, every week
• Ongoing Athletic Testing to ensure improvement is being made
• Access to Foundry Athletic, 4.00am – 11.00pm, every day*
• the following terms are applicable to members *under 16 years of age:
- members must be accompanied by a parent if attending the facility during unstaffed hours
- training on the gym floor is only allowed during staffed hours and/or coached classes
- members must book their attendance via the GymMaster app
• Full and unrestricted access to Foundry Athletic Gym, Foundry Athletic Recovery Suite* including hot/cold pools, compression garment lounge, GameReady, massage guns and trampoline sprung floor for plyometrics and stretching.
* minimum age for infrared sauna use is 16yo
• Personalised and individualised programming, coaching and testing
• A dedicated Athlete Development Coach who will work with you to make sure each week is planned, takes into account your personal circumstances and you understand the rationale behind what you are doing with your training and how it will help you work towards your goals
