Young Gun ADP Membership - Foundation

Your Foundry Young Gun Membership is $75.00 per week, and includes the following:
- Initial Medical Screen with a Foundry Athletic Physiotherapist
- Baseline Athletic Testing
- Re-Testing (Athletic) every 5 week block
- Personalised speed, power and strength programming
- 40 Hours of Coached classes available every week
- Discounted rates on all FA Allied Health Services
- Full access to FA Recovery Zone (excluding Infrared Sauna for U16)
- Family Access $250 Discount card on Physio / Recovery / Massage services**
- Priority access to Robert Harvey Elite Mentality workshops
- Game Ready – booking is essential
NB: This membership includes member access to FA during the following staffed hours only:
• Monday – Thursday: 6.00am – 7.00pm
• Friday: 6.00am – 12.00pm
• Saturday: 7.00am – 11.00am
- Weekend access during unstaffed hours is now available for our Recovery Zone only, Bluetooth accessible with booking only and a parent must be in attendance
Important Terms and Conditions:
- Minimum term 12 weeks
- No charge membership freeze: 4 weeks per 12 months from sign up
- 14 days cancellation notice required
- **Family Access Voucher discounts apply to RRP consultation rates only; not to be applied against Member rates
