An introductory membership for 12-14 year olds, covering all areas of Physical and Mental Athletic Development.
This program follows a weekly class based structure, with different focus areas each week.
11 classes included for Term 4, 2024:
Monday OR Wednesday
4.30pm - 5.30pm (attend ONLY one session per week, the same day every week)
*Please nominate your preferred day on the attached questionnaire
Focus areas include Athletic Development:
- Injury Mitigation
- Strength & Power
- Speed & Agility
- Nutrition
- Wellness
- Recovery & Load Management
This program is for boys and girls and all Sports are catered for.
COST $220 for the term (11 sessions in total)
