Foundry Athletic presents our School Holiday Program for GIRLS - Sept 2024.
This program is ideal for Aspiring Athletes who want to learn more about Athletic High Performance, whilst also participating in a variety of training sessions and educational workshops designed to further each participant's knowledge and skillset.
This is a 4 Day Program focusing on:
- Athletic Development
- Injury Mitigation
- Strength and Power
- Speed
- Agility
- Nutrition
- Recovery
This 4 day program runs 10.30am - 2.30pm across each of the following days:
- Tuesday Sep 24th and Oct 1st
- Thursday Sep 26th and Oct 3rd
Lunch and snacks will be provided each day to all participants.
